Last Saturday we went to a Christmas Parade. I was told it started at 3 so we got there at 2:45. Come to find out it didn't start until 3:30, and that was all the way at the other end of town, by the time it got to us it was 4:15. We saw about 90% of the parade before we left, because of the cold. Never the less we enjoyed it. Next year we are pulling in to the McDonald's and waiting in the car until the parade gets to us.
Kaitlyn spilled some Hot Chocolate on her coat on the way to the parade but that didn't damper her excitement!

Mummers, for those that are not from Philadelphia, Mummers have a big parade on New Years day with elaborate costumes and floats.
