Well we have returned from Disney and we all had fun. When we got to our resort we spent sometime by one of the three pools at our resort. Then we went to Downtown Disney for dinner at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant. For the name we were not all that impressed. It was our first use of our dinning plan which was the best thing and I highly recommend it to any one who goes to Disney. With a quick service meal, snack, and table service meal per person per night of stay it was a lot of food and we wound up not using all of the credits. Although Kaitlyn wasn't on the plan we would still use our snacks to get her stuff to eat and it was nice to know your meals were taken care of and you didn't need to put money aside for them.
Friday was Kaitlyn's Birthday and we made the day a special one. It was also the most eventful day of our trip. We spent the day at the Magic Kingdom. While we were on our way to Peter Pan's flight (only to find it closed) a cast member came up to Kaitlyn to wish her a happy birthday (she was wearing a Happy Birthday pin that was given to us at check in, which she wore all week) and introduced himself as part of the dream give away team and asked Kaitlyn if she wanted to be an honorary cruise director for It's a Small World. Kaitlyn, of course said yes. She got to sit up in the control booth and wave to the guest going by on the ride. Then she got a certificate saying that she was an honorary cruise director for the day.

After some other rides we went to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for Kaitlyn's appointment with her Fairy Godmother in Training. She chose a Belle dress with all the accessories and then got her hair and make-up done. Kaitlyn being all girl enjoyed this immensely. After we went over to Cinderella's castle for lunch. At lunch Kaitlyn saw all of the other princesses and was in her element. It was on of the best meals that we had there.

The day did not end in the best way. We wound up going to the local clinic. Kaitlyn's eye started to swell (see above picture) and she was constantly itching it so thinking it might be pink eye we took her to the clinic to air on the safe side. Lets just say that we got there at 3:30 in the afternoon and we did not leave until 10 that night. That is something I do not recommend to any one it was complete torture. It turned out to be nothing and was already starting to get better by the time the doctor saw her.
The next day we went to Animal Kingdom and saw Finding Nemo the musical which was really good. Bryant did Expedition Everest which he thought was pretty cool. We also did the Safari which I think we all liked. We didn't stay very long at Animal kingdom because we felt we saw every thing and Kaitlyn wasn't that interested in the stuff there. The Magic Kingdom was more her thing. That night we went to the Contemporary to eat at Chef Micky's and Kaitlyn got to see Micky Mouse and the gang. After dinner we went to see the Spetromagic Parade and fireworks. Kaitlyn sat up on Bryant's shoulders for the parade and would say "look it's ......"(what ever character was coming up the road).

On Sunday we decided to go to the parks later and enjoy the pools at the resort. It wound up being Kaitlyn enjoying the Kiddie pool in the morning because for me it was a little chilly. Bryant did get in the pool and played with Kaitlyn. We then went to Epcot. While Kaitlyn snoozed in her stroller Bryant and I walked around the world showcase. After Epcot we went to dinner at Liberty Tavern in Magic Kingdom and Kaitlyn got another Birthday cupcake.

On Monday we went to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Kaitlyn love the Little Mermaid show and wanted to go again but when we returned it was broken. We went to Eat and Play with Playhouse Disney for lunch and saw Jojo, Goliath, June and Leo.

On Tuesday we went back to the Magic Kingdom for one last day, and got on some rides that we had missed out on earlier in the week. We all liked the Magic Kingdom the best. We had dinner with Cinderella and Prince Charming at the Grand Floridian that night.

On Wednesday we went to Sea World and had a blast. Kaitlyn loved seeing all the Animals and the shows. She really liked watching the killer wales in the observation area. She told me that she wanted to go swimming with Shamu, can you say Marine Biologist? She also liked patting the sting rays. We tried to pat some dolphins but in order to do that I would have needed to hold her by the ankles. That night we figured out that we could use the dinning plan at the resort so no going to one of the parks for dinner. We stayed in and then went to the pool and then on to the Arcade.

Thursday we went to Epcot and Bryant went on Sorin' which he said was awesome. It was one of the days that we went back to the resort for Kaitlyn to nap because we were going to be staying late at Epcot to see the fireworks. When we returned to Epcot we had dinner with the story book princesses with consisted of Belle, Ariel, Jasmine, Aurora, and Cinderella. Needless to say Kaitlyn got her fill of Princess, but I think that she would love to do it all again. That night was the only time of the trip it rained and it was of course during the fireworks. It didn't dampen the spirit though, the Fireworks were awesome. Bryant said that he thought they were better then the Magic Kingdoms.

Well that is it I hope I didn't bore you. Bottom line we all enjoyed the trip and are planning on going back in a few years. After reading the blog you might enjoy watching the Photoshow. Here is the link.
